Where are you located?

We’re located on the 6th floor of Peachtree Dunwoody Medical Center, Suite 630.
5505 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Suite 630, Atlanta, GA 30342. Park in the garage around back and bring your ticket in. We’ll validate it so you can focus on glowing, not on parking fees!

What is your cancellation policy?

We totally understand that things come up—just give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee. Any changes made within 48 hours, including no-shows, will result in a $100 charge. This helps us stay on schedule and be fair to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you validate parking?

Yes! We validate for the parking garage only, no valet parking. Hang onto your ticket and ask for a validation either when you arrive or after your treatment and we'll take care of it for you! (We do not validate for product pick ups, just park in the valet area, tell him you're running in for a pick up and you'll be good to go!)

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, and all the major digital wallets. Looking for financing? We offer CareCredit and other plans, just ask your provider for the details!

Do you accept medical insurance?

Unfortunately all of our treatments are considered elective and not covered by insurance.

Do you accept HSA?

Yes, we accept HSA cards. A heads-up: some providers don’t classify med spa services as HSA-eligible, so it’s best to double-check with your HSA administrator.

How should I prepare for my treatment?

It depends on the service, but we’ll send you detailed pre-care tips when you book. In general, plan to avoid sun exposure, retinoids, and blood-thinners for 48 hours before most treatments.

What if I experience side effects or have concerns after my treatment?

Are there age restrictions for treatments?

Most services require you to be 18+. If you’re 16–17, you can still enjoy certain facials or laser hair removal with a parent/guardian and signed consent form by your side.
