Park in the garage around back and bring your ticket in. We’ll validate it so you can focus on glowing, not on parking fees!
We totally understand that things come up—just give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee.
Any changes made within 48 hours, including no-shows, will result in a $100 charge. This helps us stay on schedule and be fair to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding!
Yes! We validate for the parking garage only, no valet parking. Hang onto your ticket and ask for a validation either when you arrive or after your treatment and we'll take care of it for you!
(Note: We do not validate for product pick ups, just park in the valet area, tell them you're running in for a pick up and you'll be good to go!)

We take Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, and all major digital wallets. Looking for financing? We offer CareCredit and other plans—just ask your provider for the details!
Because our clinic specializes strictly in cosmetic enhancements, all of our treatments are considered elective and are not covered by medical insurance.
Yes, we accept HSA/FSA cards. A quick heads-up: some card providers don’t classify med spa services as HSA-eligible, so it’s best to double-check with your HSA administrator.
It depends on the service, but we’ll send you detailed pre-care tips when you book. In general, plan to avoid sun exposure, retinoids, and blood-thinners for 48 hours before most medical treatments.

Most services require you to be 18+. If you’re 16–17, you can still enjoy certain facials or laser hair removal with a parent/guardian and a signed consent form by your side.
