What causes sun damage
Years of UV exposure do more than cause freckles — they break down the collagen and elastin that keep skin firm, leaving rough, leathery texture and fine lines (solar elastosis).
At the same time, your pigment cells overproduce melanin to defend the skin — creating stubborn dark spots — while UV inflammation leaves broken capillaries and redness across the chest and face.
Reversing it takes more than one tool. We use BroadBand Light (BBL) to clear trapped pigment and redness, paired with fractional lasers like MOXI to rebuild the collagen the sun depleted.
