How Skin Tightening Works
Skin laxity and sagging are the direct result of depleted collagen and elastin — the structural proteins that keep skin taut and bound to the underlying facial structure.
As these proteins degrade, gravity takes over. The skin begins to sag, forming jowls along the jawline, loose skin under the neck, and crepey texture around the eyes. Topical creams cannot penetrate deep enough to physically rebuild this lost scaffolding.
Non-surgical tightening works by triggering a controlled biological response. We use RF energy (Vivace), targeted plasma sublimation, and deep biostimulatory injectables to induce neocollagenesis — new collagen production that physically contracts and lifts tissue over time.
