A Skincare Story, From the Beginning
Hi, I’m Lauren Siso—Licensed Esthetician, Laser Practitioner, and proud founder of ELLEMES Medical Spa. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the world of skincare (so many products, so much advice, so many filters…), you’re not alone. That’s exactly why I started ELLEMES back in 2019—to cut through the noise and bring honesty, results, and a whole lot of heart back into skincare.
Before ELLEMES, I spent 10+ years working alongside some of Atlanta’s top plastic surgeons and dermatologists, treating everything from stubborn acne to sun damage to fine lines and aging skin. While I loved the science and the technology, I noticed something was missing: a space where people felt heard, not pressured. A space where education came first, sales second.
So, I built it myself. (With a lot of coffee, late nights, and the belief that everyone deserves skin confidence!)

When I’m not treating skin, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my French Bulldog, Rue (yes, she’s the real boss around here), or sneaking away to visit my hometown of Charleston, SC.
