Free Second Opinion Consultation

Pricing Complimentary
Looking for reassurance you’re on the right treatment plan? We offer complimentary second-opinion consultations — no consultation fee, no deposit, no obligation. If your plan is solid, we’ll tell you. If we’d do it differently, we’ll explain why. A significant percentage of second-opinion patients leave without booking, and that’s a normal outcome here.
What You’d Like Reviewed: Injectables Plan

What You Get

  • An honest assessment — what we’d recommend and how it compares to what you were told.
  • Clear reasoning — why we’d do it our way, including what we’d skip and why.
  • Zero pressure — no sales coordinators, no expiring discounts, no follow-up pressure to book.
What We Review

Injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, lip filler, Sculptra), filler corrections and dissolving, laser treatments (MOXI, BBL, resurfacing), RF microneedling, chemical peels, HydraFacial, hair restoration (PRP/PRF), and combination treatment plans. If you were quoted for any aesthetic treatment elsewhere and want an independent assessment of the approach, product choice, or cost, we’re happy to look at it.

Who Should Book

Anyone who recently had a consultation elsewhere and left with questions or felt rushed, patients who had treatment done elsewhere and are unhappy with the results, anyone comparing providers before committing, and patients who simply want a clinical professional to confirm what they’ve been told. There’s no wrong reason to seek a second opinion — it’s a smart, normal step.

What to Bring

Helpful but not required: any treatment plan, quote, or notes from a previous provider, photos of yourself before any past treatments, and a list of what you’ve had done and roughly when. If you don’t have any of this, just come in and we’ll do a full assessment from scratch. Arrive with clean skin if possible and a list of your current skincare routine.

Why We Offer This

Why a Second Opinion Helps

Aesthetic treatments are an investment — in your appearance, your confidence, and your health. The treatment plan you receive should reflect your anatomy, your goals, and a provider who takes the time to explain the reasoning behind every recommendation.

If you recently had a consultation elsewhere and left with questions, felt rushed, or were unsure whether the recommended treatment was right for you — that uncertainty is worth addressing before moving forward.

We offer complimentary second-opinion consultations because we think you should feel completely confident before committing to any treatment. A significant percentage of the patients who come in for a second opinion leave without booking — because we determined their original work was fine and told them so. That’s a normal outcome here, and we’re comfortable with it.

The Reality

Finding the Right Provider

2 to 3 Consultations

2–3 Consultations

Most patients visit two to three med spas before committing to a provider. That’s a normal and responsible part of the process — not a sign of indecision.

Plans Vary Widely

Plans Vary Widely

Two qualified injectors can recommend different approaches for the same concern. Understanding why — and whether the reasoning fits your anatomy — helps you choose with confidence.

Not Everyone Needs Treatment

Not Everyone Needs Treatment

Some patients come in concerned about their results and learn everything looks fine — they just needed someone to confirm it. We’re happy to be that confirmation.

What We Review

Services We Specialize In

Any of these on your plan from another provider? We’re happy to give you an independent assessment.

Botox, Dysport & Neuromodulators

If you were quoted a unit count that seems high or low, or if you’re unsure whether Botox or Dysport is the better fit for your anatomy, we can assess your facial movement patterns and recommend a dosing plan based on what we see. We offer both Botox and Dysport at our clinic.

Dermal Fillers & Facial Balancing

Filler plans vary significantly between providers — from product selection to syringe count to placement strategy. If you’ve been recommended a plan and want an independent assessment of whether the approach, volume, and product choices align with your goals, we can walk through it with you. Learn more about our approach to dermal fillers and lip filler.

Sculptra & Biostimulators

Sculptra works differently than HA fillers — it stimulates your own collagen over time rather than adding immediate volume. If you’ve been told you need Sculptra but are unsure whether it’s the right fit versus traditional filler, or if you have questions about vial count and session spacing, we can explain the differences. See our Sculptra page for details.

RF Microneedling & Skin Tightening

There are many RF microneedling devices on the market (Vivace, Morpheus8, Potenza, Genius), and not all perform equally. If you’ve been recommended RF microneedling and want to understand how the device matters and whether it’s the right treatment for your concern, we can help. Learn about our Vivace RF microneedling treatments.

Laser Treatments (MOXI, BBL, Resurfacing)

Laser treatments range from gentle (MOXI) to aggressive (full resurfacing), and the right choice depends on your skin type, downtime tolerance, and specific concerns. If you were recommended a laser treatment and are unsure about the intensity level or whether it’s appropriate for your skin tone, we can review your options. Explore our MOXI and BBL pages.

Chemical Peels & Skin Treatments

Chemical peels, HydraFacials, microneedling, and dermaplaning all target skin quality but through different mechanisms. If you were told you need one of these treatments and want to confirm it’s the right starting point for your skin, we’re happy to give you an honest assessment.

Filler Corrections & Dissolving

If you had filler placed elsewhere and are unhappy with the results — migration, asymmetry, overfilling, or an unnatural look — we can evaluate what happened and discuss correction options. HA-based fillers can be dissolved with Hylenex before starting fresh. This is one of the most common reasons patients come to us for a second opinion.

Hair Restoration

Hair restoration options range from PRP and PRF to topical treatments and combination protocols. If you’ve been recommended a plan and want to understand whether it’s evidence-based and appropriate for your stage of hair loss, we can review it. See our hair restoration page for our approach.

How We’re Different

Our Approach vs. What You May Have Experienced

Not every consultation is created equal. Here’s what sets a second opinion at ELLEMES apart from what you may have encountered elsewhere.

At ELLEMES
What You May Have Experienced
Consultation Style
Your provider performs the assessment directly — no hand-off to a sales coordinator or patient consultant
A non-clinical staff member presents the plan and pricing; the injector may only appear briefly
Transparency
We explain what we recommend and why — including what we wouldn’t do and what may not work for your anatomy
Focus on what you could have done, with less emphasis on what you may not need
Pressure
No same-day booking pressure, no limited-time offers, no financing pitch during the consultation
Same-day booking incentives, expiring discounts, or high-pressure close tactics
Honest Assessment
If your previous plan was good, we’ll tell you — even if it means you return to your original provider
Every consultation results in a recommendation to book, regardless of whether treatment is needed
Cost
Free — no consultation fee, no deposit, no obligation
Consultation fees ranging from $50–$200, sometimes credited toward treatment

We think the consultation experience should be informative, not transactional. If treatment makes sense, we’ll outline a plan. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too. Schedule your free consultation to see the difference.

Your Appointment

What to Expect

A second-opinion consultation takes 20–30 minutes. No charge, no obligation to book treatment.

1
5–10 min

Share Your Concerns

Tell us what brought you in — whether you had a consultation elsewhere and have questions, recently had treatment and are unsure about the results, or simply want an independent opinion on what would work best for your goals. Bring any treatment plans or notes from your previous visit if you have them.

2
10–15 min

Assessment

Your provider will evaluate your facial anatomy, skin condition, and the specific areas of concern. If you received a previous treatment plan, we’ll review it with you and explain where we agree, where we might take a different approach, and why.

3
5–10 min

Honest Recommendation

We’ll give you a straightforward assessment — what we’d recommend, how it compares to what you were told, and what realistic outcomes look like. If your original plan was solid, we’ll say so. If we’d do something differently, we’ll explain the reasoning. Not every consultation ends with a treatment recommendation, and that’s fine.

4
Zero pressure

No Pressure — Your Decision

You leave with the information you need to make a confident decision — whether that means booking with us, returning to your original provider, or taking more time. There’s no sales pitch and no follow-up pressure. The consultation is yours to use however it helps.

Common Reasons

Why Patients Come to Us

These are the most common situations where a second opinion provides real value.

?
Unsure About a Plan

You had a consultation at another med spa and received a treatment recommendation, but something didn’t feel right — the volume seemed high, the cost was unclear, or the provider didn’t take time to explain. You want confirmation before moving forward.

Comparing Providers

You’re doing your due diligence. You’ve visited one or two providers and want to compare recommendations, technique, and communication style before committing. That’s a smart approach, and we respect it.

There’s no wrong reason to get a second opinion. The consultation is free, the conversation is confidential, and the outcome is whatever’s honest. View our full range of injectable and skin treatments.

Your Providers

Who You’ll Meet With

Every procedure at ELLEMES is performed by a licensed medical professional. Your consultation will be with the provider best suited to your specific concern.

About ELLEMES

What Sets Us Apart

Experienced Providers Only

Every procedure is performed by licensed medical professionals with years of focused aesthetic training. We don’t rotate staff or use trainees.

Proven Technology

We use FDA-cleared devices from Sciton — including MOXI and BBL Hero — because the clinical data supports them. We don’t chase trends.

Results That Go Unnoticed

We focus on facial balance — restoring structure and softening lines so you look rested, not altered. If someone can tell, we’ve done too much.

Honest Guidance, Clear Pricing

No upselling. We recommend based on what your skin actually needs, and we’re upfront about what things cost before you commit.

From the Founder

I built the practice I always wished existed.

I started ELLEMES because I was tired of feeling lost in the aesthetics world — unsure who to trust, unsure what I actually needed. So I built a practice where you’re guided, not sold to. Where the honest answer might be “not yet.”

No rushing. No pressure. Just good care, built on trust.

FAQ

Common Questions

What to know before booking a free second-opinion consultation at ELLEMES.

Consultation at ELLEMES Medical Spa Sandy Springs
Is the second-opinion consultation really free?
Yes. There’s no consultation fee, no deposit required, and no obligation to book treatment. You’ll receive an honest assessment and leave with the information you need — that’s the entire purpose of the visit.
Do I need to bring anything from my previous consultation?
It’s helpful but not required. If you have a treatment plan, quote, or notes from a previous provider, bring them along. If not, your provider will perform a full assessment independently. Knowing what was previously recommended just helps us give you a more specific comparison.
What if you agree with my original provider’s plan?
We’ll tell you. It happens more often than you might expect — a significant percentage of second-opinion patients leave without booking because we confirmed their original work or plan was fine. If you don’t need us, we’d rather tell you that than recommend something unnecessary.
Can I get treatment done the same day as my consultation?
In many cases, yes — if you feel confident in the plan after your consultation and we have availability. However, there’s no expectation or pressure to do so. Many patients prefer to take a few days to think it over, and that’s completely fine.
I had work done elsewhere and I’m unhappy. Can you help?
Yes. If you received filler, Botox, or another treatment and the results aren’t what you expected, we can evaluate what happened and discuss options. HA-based fillers can be dissolved; Botox will naturally wear off over 3–4 months. We’ll give you an honest assessment of what can and cannot be corrected.
Will you pressure me to book something?
No. We don’t use sales coordinators, limited-time discounts, or high-pressure close tactics. The consultation is a conversation between you and your provider. If treatment makes sense, we’ll outline the plan and the cost. What you do with that information is entirely up to you.
Where are you located?
ELLEMES Medical Spa is located at 5505 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Suite 630, in Sandy Springs, GA — serving the Atlanta metro area including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, and Roswell. We’re open Monday through Saturday with evening hours available Wednesday and Thursday.
How long does the consultation take?
A second-opinion consultation typically takes 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of your concerns. We take the time to answer all of your questions — there’s no rush.
