Ideal Candidate
A consultation assesses the cause of the darkness or hollowing, prior injections, skin condition, and medical history. Tell us about pregnancy or breastfeeding, infections, blood or platelet disorders, cancer, and all medications and supplements. Using your own blood does not remove injection risks: bruising, swelling, pain, infection, unevenness, or persistent lumps can occur. Rare serious vascular and visual complications have been reported after facial PRP injections. Sudden vision change, severe pain, or pale or dusky skin after an injection needs emergency care.
PRP vs. PRF vs. EZ Gel
PRP Undereye ($600/session) uses liquid platelet-rich plasma. PRF Undereye ($700/session) uses a platelet preparation that forms a fibrin matrix. PRF EZ Gel ($900/session) combines blood-derived components into a thicker gel for selected contour concerns. HA Filler Complications
Previous HA-filler complications need assessment before adding another injectable. Bring the product name, treatment dates, and details of swelling or other symptoms. Selected HA-filler corrections may use hyaluronidase, but dissolution has risks and cannot reverse every problem.

What to Expect
A PRF EZ Gel session takes approximately 45–60 minutes from blood draw to completion. Here’s what happens at each step.
Blood Draw
A small amount of blood is drawn from your arm — similar to a routine lab draw. This is the starting material for both the PRF component and the albumin gel matrix.
Centrifuge & Gel Creation
Your blood is processed to prepare a platelet-rich component and an albumin gel. Controlled heating and cooling create the thicker gel preparation used for treatment.
Numbing & Preparation
Topical numbing cream is applied during preparation. It can reduce discomfort, though pressure, stinging, or tenderness can still occur.
Under-Eye Injections
Your injector selects placement and technique based on your anatomy. A fine needle or cannula may be used; neither eliminates injection risks.
Recovery & Results
Plan for swelling, tenderness, and possible bruising after injections. Recovery can last longer than a few days, so allow a buffer before important events. Assess the result after swelling settles; any later skin-quality improvement develops gradually over weeks to months.
Post-Treatment Tips

How Many Sessions & How Often
A first session lets you assess recovery and the change after swelling settles before deciding on further treatment.
The number and spacing of visits depend on your concern and response. A proposed series should include progress reviews; there is no established best schedule for every patient.
Maintenance is optional and depends on your response, how long any benefit lasts, and your preferences.
