Sun Damage & Brown Spots
Accumulated UV exposure produces visible brown spots, lentigines, and generalized discoloration across the face, chest, and hands. BBL Hero selectively targets the melanin in these spots, causing the pigment to darken, rise to the surface, and flake off naturally over 7–14 days. For patients with diffuse sun damage affecting texture as well as tone, combining BBL with MOXI may address a separate texture concern if the skin assessment and recovery plan support the combination.
Rough Texture & Enlarged Pores
MOXI creates superficial fractional treatment zones that may improve selected tone and texture concerns. The degree of improvement and healing time vary; no procedure permanently eliminates pores.
Redness & Vascular Irregularities
BBL may reduce selected visible vessels and persistent redness. Rosacea can also need medical treatment and trigger management; light treatment is not a cure.
Fine Lines & Early Skin Laxity
MOXI may improve the appearance of selected superficial texture changes. Laxity needs a separate assessment before considering options such as Vivace RF Microneedling with its own benefits, risks and recovery.
Dull, Tired-Looking Skin
