Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection at the injection site, a history of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis, autoimmune disorders affecting healing, or known allergy to lidocaine. If you take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, mention it at booking. Patients with previous migrated or unsatisfactory filler can be evaluated for dissolving and reapplication.

Dermal fillers are FDA-approved injectable gels primarily made of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) — a substance naturally present in your skin that binds water and provides structural volume. The gel is placed beneath the skin’s surface in precise layers to restore structure, smooth folds, and define contours.
As we age, the face loses bone density, fat pad volume, and collagen — resulting in hollow under-eyes, flattened cheeks, deepening skin folds, and loss of jawline definition. We use the Restylane suite of fillers (Kysse, Lyft, Refyne, Defyne, and Contour), each formulated with a different gel density to match specific tissue layers and treatment areas. Heavier products like Lyft or Contour go on bone for structural lift; softer products like Kysse stay flexible for lips.

Nasolabial Folds & Marionette Lines
Deep creases from nose to mouth (nasolabial folds) and mouth to chin (marionette lines) form as the midface loses structural support. Dermal Fillers vs. Botox / Dysport
Fillers and Botox are both injectables, but they treat fundamentally different causes of aging. Fillers add volume to address static concerns — visible at rest. Botox relaxes muscles to address dynamic concerns — lines that appear with movement. Many patients benefit from both.

What to Expect: Before, During & After
A filler appointment typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on the number of areas treated. Results are visible the same day.
Consultation & Mapping
Your injector assesses your facial anatomy, discusses your goals, and marks strategic injection points. For full facial balancing, this includes evaluating proportions from the temples down to the chin. Numbing & Preparation
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment areas and left on for approximately 15 minutes. All Restylane fillers also contain lidocaine within the gel, providing additional comfort during injection. Most patients describe the experience as well-tolerated.
Injection

Post-Treatment Tips
Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours. Skip intense exercise, saunas, and hot yoga for 48 hours. Sleep face-up (on your back) for the first two nights to prevent product displacement. Apply cold compresses gently if swelling occurs — do not apply ice directly to the skin.
