Skin Concerns
Treats age-related volume loss, hollow cheeks, under-eye hollows (tear troughs), nasolabial folds, marionette lines, thin or asymmetric lips, weak chin or jawline, temple hollowing, and overall facial asymmetry. Filler is best for static concerns caused by volume loss and bone resorption. For dynamic wrinkles caused by muscle movement (forehead, crow’s feet), Botox or Dysport is the right tool — your injector will recommend the combination that fits your anatomy.
Ideal Candidate
Most healthy adults are good candidates. Common patients include those experiencing age-related volume loss, anyone wanting subtle enhancement or facial balancing, patients with thin or asymmetric lips, and those seeking jawline or chin definition. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection at the injection site, a history of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis, autoimmune disorders affecting healing, or known allergy to lidocaine. If you take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, mention it at booking. Patients with previous migrated or unsatisfactory filler can be evaluated for dissolving and reapplication.

For patients also experiencing skin laxity, combining filler with RF microneedling can address both volume and firmness.
Under-Eye Hollows & Dark Circles
Under-eye hollowing can cast a shadow between the lower eyelid and cheek. Carefully selected HA filler may soften that hollow, but pigment, puffiness and thin skin need a different assessment. Nasolabial Folds & Marionette Lines
Deep creases from nose to mouth (nasolabial folds) and mouth to chin (marionette lines) form as the midface loses structural support. Filler placed at the fold origin and along the cheek lifts tissue from above, reducing crease depth without overfilling the fold itself. This approach — supporting the structure that caused the fold — produces a more natural result than filling the line directly.
Thin or Asymmetric Lips
Lip filler adds volume, defines the vermilion border, and corrects asymmetry. We use Restylane Kysse — a flexible HA gel designed specifically for the lip — to maintain natural movement and expression. Dermal Fillers vs. Botox / Dysport
Fillers and Botox are both injectables, but they treat fundamentally different causes of aging. Fillers add volume to address static concerns — visible at rest. Botox relaxes muscles to address dynamic concerns — lines that appear with movement. Many patients benefit from both.

What to Expect: Before, During & After
A filler appointment typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on the number of areas treated. Results are visible the same day.
Consultation & Mapping
Your injector assesses your facial anatomy, discusses your goals, and marks strategic injection points. For full facial balancing, this includes evaluating proportions from the temples down to the chin. A treatment plan and syringe estimate are outlined before any injections begin — you’ll know the expected cost going in.
Numbing & Preparation
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment areas and left on for approximately 15 minutes. All Restylane fillers also contain lidocaine within the gel, providing additional comfort during injection. Most patients describe the experience as well-tolerated.
Injection
Filler is placed using either a needle or cannula depending on the area being treated. Cannulas are typically used for under-eyes and cheeks to reduce bruising risk. Your injector works in small increments, assessing symmetry and proportion between each pass — building the result rather than placing it all at once.
Immediate Results & Review
Results are visible right away, though mild swelling is normal and will subside over 1–2 weeks. Your injector reviews the result with you and takes post-treatment photos. You leave with detailed aftercare instructions and a direct line if you have questions in the days that follow.
Settling & Follow-Up
Swelling settles at different rates, so an early appearance is not the final result. Your injector reviews healing and discusses whether any adjustment is appropriate at follow-up; confirm the timing and any additional product cost before treatment.
Post-Treatment Tips
Follow the aftercare given for your specific product and treatment area. Avoid pressure or massage unless your injector advises it, and discuss timing for exercise, heat, dental work and other procedures. Do not stop prescribed blood thinners on your own. Swelling, bruising, tenderness and lumps can occur. Rare vascular complications can cause skin damage, vision loss or stroke. Seek immediate medical attention for unusual severe pain, white/gray/blue skin, vision changes or stroke symptoms after filler; do not wait for a routine follow-up. HA fillers are gradually metabolized by the body over time. Your injector outlines a personalized maintenance plan based on the products used and the areas treated.
Most patients achieve their desired result in a single session. For areas like lips or nasolabial folds, one appointment with 1–2 syringes is typically sufficient. Your injector may recommend a conservative first session with a follow-up touch-up at 2 weeks.
Comprehensive facial balancing — addressing cheeks, jawline, chin, and lips together — may be completed in one longer session or staged across two appointments spaced 2–4 weeks apart, depending on total volume and patient preference.
Lips typically need retreatment at 6–9 months; cheeks and jawline last 12–18 months. Maintenance sessions usually require fewer syringes than the initial treatment since residual product remains in place — you’re topping up, not starting over.
Treatment timelines vary based on the product used, the area treated, and individual metabolism. For patients also addressing dynamic wrinkles or skin texture, combining filler with Botox or MOXI laser targets complementary concerns in the same care plan.
